Web site provides information on automation industry

European Automation : 23 February, 2015  (Company News)
Supplier of obsolete equipment and components in the automation industry has created a new website to reach global audiences
Web site provides information on automation industry

European Automation has launched a new website with the clear objective of communicating with the company's global audience, as well as creating a genuinely useful portal full of information about the industry.

European Automation prides itself on its ability to provide fast delivery on a worldwide scale without compromising its excellent customer service.

As a result, one key objective of the new site is to maintain the multilingual service that is appreciated by European Automation's customers across the globe. Consequently  the entire site can be accessed in nineteen versions, serving countries as diverse as Sweden, Argentina and Saudi Arabia. Historically, these countries were served by 14 separate websites, which have now been combined under a single brand.

In addition, to help turn the site into an industry hub, European Automation has included an entirely new section which focuses on industry specific content, particularly opinion pieces written by expert companies and organisations, including Gambica and COPA-DATA.

The site also includes a range of automation industry focussed special reports and guides as well as a customer magazine entitled Automated. In addition, businesses from a range of vertical sectors, including plastics, food and oil and gas, can access information about their industry in a range of content zones designed and written specifically for them.

To help improve customer service, European Automation's new website was created as response to recent technological advancements. It is fully responsive in both design and resolution when accessed via smart devices and phones, something which is particularly important as tablets and phones become core parts of the engineer's arsenal.

“Before building it, we understood that we needed to focus our new website on delivering quality editorial content that informed and entertained existing and potential customers," explained Jonathan Wilkins, marketing manager of European Automation.

"Most people are naturally more interested in their own problems than in any vendor's products and services. We believe that we need to earn people’s attention and trust by providing them with the information that allows them to solve their own problems.”
