Teledyne TSS, World leaders in marine and defence technologies will be exhibiting at
Ocean Business at the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton, UK from 31st to 2nd April 2009. Stand No: S1

Teledyne TSS is a world class supplier of marine navigation, gyrocompasses and steering controls, combined with a range of high-tech, accurate sensors for heading and motion measurement, and subsea pipe and cable survey and detection. As well as its commercially available products, the Company offers a bespoke engineering service to meet increasing naval demands specifically in the realm of steering controls and navigation technology.

On show at Ocean Business will be the Orion INS system which is specifically designed for the demanding hydrographic survey and ROV operations markets. Orion incorporates highly accurate core elements used widely in commercial aircraft for their reliability which have enabled the TSS research and development team to design this high specification Inertial Navigation System which is configured and controlled by the latest easy-to-use interface - OrionView. Orion utilises the latest version of the TSS inertial algorithm which has over 30 years of pedigree providing outstanding performance in all sea conditions.
