QPL Approval For Crystal Clock Oscillators

Vectron can now supply clock oscillators for use in the defence industry after gaining approvals from the Defence Supply Centre Columbus
Vectron International has announced its M55310/30 Class B crystal clock oscillators have been approved by the Defence Supply Centre Columbus (DSCC) and are now included in the Qualified Products List (QPL). This qualification ensures Vectron’s crystal clock oscillators meet the high quality and reliability levels required for military equipment.

The Defence Supply Centre Columbus (DSCC) certifies suppliers for inclusion on the QPLs to indicate that the materials and processes used in production are approved for use on U.S. federal projects, saving the customer time and money by eliminating the need for any additional documentation or testing. Vectron’s newest QPL listing ensures that it has demonstrated the ability to produce its Class B clocks to stringent DSCC requirements and is approved to make selected parts for federal, military or Airframe applications.

Vectron’s M55310/30 QPL-certified crystal oscillators are available in a frequency range of 450kHz to 85 MHz. Frequency stability is typically ±50ppm over the operating temperature range of -55° to 125°C. Typical military applications include communications, radar, intelligent munitions and missiles, Avionics and satellites.
