The program is the result of a collaborative effort between Dassault and DesignworksUSA, a global design consultancy and subsidiary of BMW Group. Falcon 7X s/n 44, which is presented on the Dassault static display at Geneva Airport, was used in the development of this new interior which will be available as an option for deliveries starting in the first quarter of 2011.

Boeing has demonstrated for the first time the ability to deliver streaming video over a mobile, ad hoc tactical network from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to a Chinook helicopter and ground troops. The demonstration proves that the high-bandwidth connection can deliver video beyond line-of-sight to the tactical edge, providing greater situational awareness to warfighters equipped to receive video.

General Dynamics - Gulfstream Aerospace to cut production

General Dynamics announced today that, as a result of deterioration in the backlog, particularly during the month of February, and continued weak demand, Gulfstream Aerospace has found it necessary to cut large-cabin aircraft production and green-aircraft deliveries from a projected rate of 94 to 73 in 2009. Gulfstream also will reduce production of its mid-size aircraft from a projected rate of 30 to 24 aircraft this year.

Korean Air has placed firm orders with Airbus for two more double-deck A380 aircraft. This latest purchase agreement brings the total number of A380s ordered by Korean Air to ten aircraft.
