NAVY
Shaw-Dick Pacific, LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $175,983,523 (first increment) firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the Hawaii Regional Security Operations Center at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific.An additional $144,016,477 will be funded upon the passage of FY2008 Military Construction Appropriation Bill making the total amount $320,000,000.The contract contains one option which may be exercised within three months, bringing the total cumulative value of the contract to $320,040,000.Work will be performed at Wahiawa, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by June 2010.Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.This contract was competitively procured with 38 proposals solicited and two offers received.The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-07-C-1329).

Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co., Sunnyvale, Calif., will be awarded a $14,196,774 cost plus fixed fee contract to provide for United Kingdom technical services in support of the TRIDENT Strategic Weapons System.Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif. (69.94 percent); Cape Canaveral, Fla. (18.64 percent); Helensburgh, Scotland, UK (8.6 percent); St. Mary's, Ga. (1.05 percent); Silverdale, Wash. (.67 percent); Herndon, Va. (.22 percent); Indianopolis, Ind. (.21 percent) and other yet to be determined sites (.67 percent). Work is expected to be completed in March 2008.Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.This contract was procured on a sole source basis. Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-07-C-0028).

L-3 Communication a Titan Group, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded $11,036,716 for term task order #0042 under previously awarded task order (M67854-02-A-9010-0028) for acquisition, logistics and administrative support for Communications and Networking Systems Supplemental Support.Funding in the amount of $10,988,946 is being applied at the time of award.The contractor will support the Program Manager in the areas of tactical networks, wireless technologies, and legacy radio systems.The contractor fielding team will continue to support major efforts such as the Enhanced Position Location Reporting System; Defense Advanced Global Positioning System Receiver; Tactical Elevated Antenna Mast System; Satellite Communications On-the-Move PRC-150, VRC-104, VRC-90, VRC-103, Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange; Tactical Data Network - Data Distribution System; Transition Switch Module and other assorted tactical date network initiatives.Work will be performed in

Stafford, Va., and is expected to be completed in April 2008. Contract funds in the amount of $650,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

Rogers-Quinn Construction, Inc., Bonsall, Calif., is being awarded $9,820,000 for firm-fixed-price Task Order 0009 under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract (N68711-02-D-8062) for construction of the Reserve Training Center at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms.The work to be performed provides for the construction of a single-story, steel framed structure with spread footing foundation, concrete floor, reinforced masonry walls, standing seam metal roofing system, fire protection system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, specially constructed weapons storage area (armory), lithium battery storage area, staging areas, classrooms, storage and supply areas, drill hall, administrative spaces, locker and shower rooms, workshops, electrical utilities and mechanical utilities.Work will be performed in Twentynine Palms, Calif., and is expected to be completed by June 2008.Contract

funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.

USSOCOM

Special Applications Group, LLC in Tampa, Florida is being awarded a maximum of $150 million firm-fixed price and cost indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for technical, engineering, logistics, and program management services in support of United States Special Operations Command Special Operations Aviation Training company, Technology Applications Program office and Systems Integration and Maintenance office.The work will primarily be performed at Fort Campbell, KY, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2011.The contract number is H92241-070C-0008.

AIR FORCE

Boeing Co., Huntington Beach, Calif., is being awarded a $12,800,000 cost-plus-award-fee contract modification.This modification issues an undefinitized contract action for critical activities that will require the contractor to design, develop, manufacture and deliver an Architecture Evolution Plan Positional Training Emulator.At this time, $6,400,000 have been obligated.Headquarters Global Positioning Systems Wing, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-96-C-0025/P00468).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

River Trading Company, LLC, Cincinnati, Ohio, * is being awarded a maximum $6,624,560 firm fixed price contract for bituminous coal for Army and Air Force. Other location of performance is Wayland, K.y. There were 141 proposals solicited and 14 responded.Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Date of performance completion is April 30, 2008.Contracting activity is Defense Support Center (DESC), Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-07-D-0651).

Delta Coals Inc., Nashville, Tenn., * is being awarded a maximum $11,543,045 firm fixed price contract for bituminous coal for Army and Marine Corps. Other location of performance is Norton, Va. There were 141 proposals solicited and 14 responded. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.Date of performance completion is April 30, 2008. Contracting activity is Defense Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-07-D-0654).
