ITT Cannon Electronic Components
: 04 September, 2007  (Company News)
A new connector website has been launched by ITT to provide designers and customers with comprehensive information and design know-how. The completely redesigned site focuses on the company's industry-leading brands – Cannon, VEAM, and BIW.
Easy-to-use navigation tools enable users to search by product, brand, and market, while a Design Centre hosts an array of application notes, technical papers, and product demonstrations in Macromedia Flash format. An enhanced product specification page also provides a wealth of information such as tooling, assembly instructions, military specifications, and drawings. All of the identified content is dynamically searchable from a search field at the top of every page.

Allison Turner, ITT Marketing Manager comments, 'Not only does the new connector website offer customers a comprehensive design resource but it will continuously evolve with designer's requirements.'

Turner adds, 'For example, the ability to check distributor inventory will enable customers to source product as quickly as possible with the utmost flexibility.'

By registering, designers and customers may keep up to date on all the latest products and developments. Military specifications are also dealt with in detail and a competitor cross reference tool enables users to find replacement parts easily and quickly.
