: 05 November, 2007  (New Product)
Homeland Security Strategies, (HSS), has announced the release of its BombJammer(tm) VIP 300HD Hybrid Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) Defeat Jamming System. HSS is currently taking orders for demonstrations and delivery to approved countries for deployment of the system to counter roadside IED threats.
The new Hybrid Jammer utilizes a combination of Barrage, Wideband, and Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) technologies to provide RF spectrum jamming from 10 MHz to 6 GHz, thus countering virtually all RCIED threat frequencies. A laptop provides a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for easy operation. The system includes emergency activation and deactivation functions, and also multiple frequency windows (notches) to permit authorized frequencies during jamming operation.

Advantages of the system include; increased RF spectrum coverage; higher RF wattage output; multiple threat based barrage jamming modules focused on the most common RCIED threat frequencies; covert antenna array options; and multiple power options.

Ben Jamil, CEO of HSS says, 'We are pleased to introduce our newest jammer which is unprecedented in design. We expect it to save many lives.'
