Ground Based UAV Tracking System on Display at Defexpo
Orbit Technology Group, a developer of advanced tracking antenna systems, stabilized mobile satellite communication systems and audio management systems for airborne platforms, will present its various solutions in the forthcoming Defexpo exhibition in India. Showcased systems will include the companyís Tracking & Telemetry systems, SatCom, and Audio Management Solutions.

At Orbitís booth 18.17 G, Hall 18, Israel Pavilion, the company will showcase its rich variety of solutions. With over 15 years of operational success in India and thousands of systems deployed worldwide, Orbitís exhibit will underscore the companyís rapidly growing line of unique offerings.

The companyís demonstration of the AL-4012 tracking system will enable a close-up physical observation of the antenna in operation. This small, lightweight, compact, robust, and cost effective tactical digital tracking system is designed for both fixed and portable ground installations. Able to accommodate a variety of applications and capable of being carried by infantry troops, AL-4012 is particularly suited for tracking UAVs. Among its many attributes, the system features high dynamic accuracy and a single command and control communication link.

Additionally, Orbit will be presenting other proven systems including its:

* IP Based Audio Management Solution - AMSIP - a fully digital, secure, audio management system with IP interface, which enables the flight crew to select and control all onboard communications systems and devices. The system provides the focal junction for inbound and outbound communications, including radio, public announcement systems, warning systems, and crew intercom communications.
* OrSat-G - Marine Satellite Communication system which enables global satellite connectivity in all weather and sea conditions providing uninterrupted broadband satellite communication for a variety of applications including: internet, TV, video, and VoIP. OrSatís unique status, having Eutelsat, Intelsat and Anatel type approvals, coupled with its field proven record, set it apart as an off-the-shelf system, ready to operate on Global-Ku voyages. The OrSat-G, Orbit's flagship solution for Ku-band mobile Satcom at sea, is one of the most advanced, state-of-art systems available. Used by many major navies around the world, as well as by commercial marine companies, OrSat-G provides superior RF performance with an exceptionally low radome-to-antenna size ratio, thus assuring the most efficient use of scarce deck space and optimized data rates.
