SatCom provider increases service infrastructure globally to improve customer service levels
Orbit Technology Group is enhancing its service infrastructure as part of the company’s rapid global growth. The measures are aimed at providing an enhanced customer experience for the company’s customers worldwide. As part of its success, Orbit is expanding its service centres, bolstering its spare parts stocks, and is significantly increasing its overall end to end service capacity. With rapid turn-around times and a host of expanded services, including new 24/7 call centres, Orbit is set to continue providing its customers with some of the world’s most advanced communications solutions backed by an extensive service to match.
