Envitia
: 17 September, 2009  (Company News)
Envitia has successfully re-qualified for the UK Ministry of Defence Framework Agreement for Technical Support (FATS) framework agreement.
FATS was developed to enable fast and efficient procurement of Technical Support. Technical Support is defined as ‘the provision of applied technical knowledge’ and includes Technical Studies, Project Support, and Engineering Support.

FATS/3 was placed on the 1st April 2009 and will run until 31 March 2011; however the MoD has the option to extend FATS/3 for one further year. FATS provides a faster and more efficient contractual route to procure Technical Support as it offers pre-agreed contract terms and conditions.
