Aeroengineering 09
: 21 April, 2009  (Company News)
The prospect of face-to-face discussions with aerospace OEM and supply chain senior engineering management and decision makers, business leaders and stakeholders at AeroEngineering 09 is already proving irresistible to specialist UK component, tooling and service suppliers as companies sign-up for exhibition space at this year’s inaugural event in Manchester on November 10 + 11.
“There has been a high-level of interest even during the first few days of announcing this new and exciting event that provides the UK Aerospace engineering sector with its first ever dedicated showcase and one that will appeal to all decision-makers in the aerospace OEM and related supply chains,” according to Event Director Ian Stone.

For example, Peter O’Hara, vice president of sales and marketing for specialist metal and materials treatment company, Metal Improvement, says: “Aero Engineering 2009 will be the perfect opportunity to present our cost-effective and technically advanced services including shot and laser peening, and engineered coatings, to the wider aerospace market.”

And Paul Carruthers, UK sales manager for torque control specialist Norbar, comments that AeroEngineering “will be a more practical way of introducing our product range to companies in the aerospace industry”.

Precision Engineering Components, a company already well-versed in the supplying the Aircraft interiors sector and a producer of complex up to five-axis workpieces in all materials for multi-tier suppliers, will use Aero Engineering 09 “to demonstrate our continual investment in machinery and people to keep ahead of an ever-changing and demanding marketplace”, according to sales and marketing manager Andy Buckingham.

The event, therefore, will appeal to engineering and commercial management throughout the UK Aerospace engineering industries in addition to industry HR management.

AeroEngineering 09 – Providing the Vision to Generate Strategy – Manchester, 10 & 11 November 2009. With ‘must-attend’ Aerospace engineering business streams presenting strategic benefits and profit-making solutions. Complemented by a focused exhibition, AeroEngineering is a new strategic forum for the aerospace supply chain’s senior engineering management and decision makers, business leaders recruitment managers and stakeholders.
