Rotor-City To Operate First AgustaWestland Grand In Canada
AgustaWestland is pleased to announce that Rotor-City Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario will be operate the first Grand to be delivered by AgustaWestland to Canada. This new Grand will be operated on behalf of a private owner for his business operations and as personal transport. This news is especially significant as Rotor-City Inc. was also the first operator in Canada for the A109 Power. The new Grand will be assembled at the AgustaWestland facility in Vergiate Italy and then undergo completion at the AgustaWestland Philadelphia facility. 'The recent sale of several new AgustaWestland helicopters into Canada is a significant step forward and demonstrates a growing acceptance from the Canadian market of the high performance and advanced technology of AgustaWestland aircraft,' states Robert Cleland, Director of Sales and Marketing for AgustaWestland Philadelphia.
