ATK Names Steve Wold Corporate Treasurer
MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alliant Techsystems (NYSE: ATK) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Steve Wold asthe company's Treasurer.Since joining ATK in 1995, Mr. Wold has held a variety of increasingly prominent positions including Manager, External Financial Reporting; Director, Banking and Tax; and most recently, Vice President, Investor Relations. In his new capacity, Steve will be responsible for the company's banking and risk management functions including cash management, insurance, hedging and leasing. 'Steve brings a wealth of experience to his new position,' said Dan Murphy, Chairman and CEO. 'His in-depth understanding of our business, coupled with his significant financial acumen will serve the company well as Steve assumes leadership of our Treasury department and helps us expand our advanced weapon and space systems business.'
