AEI Systems and Thales Land & Joint Systems sign sole licensing agreement.
AEI Systems Limited Executive Director, Mr Norman Angel, signed a licensing agreement with Thales Land & Joint Systems for the sole marketing and manufacturing rights for a variety of weapon systems previously designed and manufactured by Helio Mirror Co. Ltd. (who became Thales AFV Systems in 2001).The agreement covers varying calibres of buffered weapon mounts, one-man cupolas, hatches, ringmounts, pedestals and swinging arm mounts, all of which are in the Product section of this website. The majority of these products are in service worldwide and are consequently well proven in the UK and overseas. The agreement will be overseen by Mark Batchelor at AEI Systems. Mark was responsible for the technical management of these products during his 20 years at Helio / Thales AFV Systems. |
