ITT Interconnect Solutions ramps up Chip on Flex filter connector technology production capacity

Leading hi-rel connector company, ITT Interconnect Solutions - Cannon, Veam & BIW, has invested significantly, ramping up its production capacity in response to market demands for its new Chip on Flex (CoF) filter technology which virtually eliminates all stress from thermal shock and vibration while providing superior protection to sensitive electronics in a new lighter weight package. In MIL-DTL-38999 configurations, the CoF connectors have passed MIL-DTL-38999 Series III testing for thermal shock, random vibration, humidity and high altitude.

Herley Industries - Contract for US Navy Integrated Microwave Assemblies

Herley Industries, has announced that its Herley New England division in Woburn, Massachusetts, has received an award valued at nearly $9.8 million from a major U. S. defense contractor to manufacture complex Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMA) for an electronic attack aircraft for the U. S. Navy.

Omnetics completes new Cleanroom Manufacturing Facility

Omnetics,has announced that it has completed construction of a new cleanroom within its Minneapolis manufacturing plant. The 340 square foot cleanroom will be used for cleaning, testing and packaging products, as well as providing a custom assembly capability as necessary for certain demanding applications.
