While terms of the agreement were not released, the order secures fixed pricing for over 500 MDFP units through December 31, 2007. The initial phase is scheduled for delivery in March. |

This order was not issued under the multi-vendor, multi-product contract announced on September 7, 2005. The Company continues to expect fiscal 2006 military sales will be in the $30-$35 million range. |
