Defenshield - Review of 2007

2007 was a busy year for Defenshield -- filled with key installations and the development of innovative new ballistic protection products. Defenshield's Mobile Defensive Fighting Positions (MDFPs) were further deployed from stateside ports of entry to combat zones in the Middle East, providing a higher level of protection that maximizes deterrence and minimizes the chances of attack by persons attempting to breach a secure area.

Defenshield - 50 Mobile Defensive Fighting Positions ordered by US Army

Defenshield has received an order from the U.S. Army’s Rapid Equipping Force (REF) for 50 Mobile Defensive Fighting Positions (MDFP’s) as part of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract valued in excess of $6 million USD. While terms of the agreement were not released, the order secures fixed pricing for over 500 MDFP units through December 31, 2007. The initial phase is scheduled for delivery in March.
