AKI mouldings help light path for incoming aircraft

A K Industries (AKI) is currently injection moulding a top cover and base for civilian and defence versions common to the COREL/OREL and UAL portable runway lights produced by Metalite Aviation Lighting, a recent addition to the Aeronautical & General Instruments group of companies based at Poole, Dorset, UK (see www.metalite-aviation.com).

EMCOR - Cardiff International Airport Contract

EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) has had its three-year contract with TBI Abertis, Cardiff International Airport’s owner, extended for a further year. The contract covers the delivery of essential maintenance and management functions at the airport.

Cyberlux - BrightEye and WatchDog Visible and Covert Portable Illumination Systems from the United States Air Force (USAF).

Cyberlux, a provider of LED lighting solutions, has announced that the Company has received the first commitment for 80 BrightEye and 60 WatchDog Visible and Covert Portable Illumination Systems from the United States Air Force (USAF). This initial USAF order for Cyberlux tactical lighting equipment equates to $3,318,646 in revenue, including spares and maintenance supplies. The Company projects that operations will be cash flow positive with the fulfillment of these first USAF orders.
