Arcam (founded in 1997) provides a unique Free Form Fabrication (FFF®) technology for Direct Manufacturing of fully dense parts from metal powder. The technology is based on Electron Beam Melting (EBM) and parts are manufactured by melting metal powder and building up the parts layer-by-layer.

Arcam assumes full responsibility for its North American operations beginning in 2008. The change will provide increased focus to Arcam’s growing user base in the North American region. |

Arcam has introduced the Arcam A2, a Rapid Manufacturing system based on Electron Beam Melting, producing solid metal parts larger and faster than other metal additive fabrication methods. |

Aircam will be in Hall 4, Stand G11, together with Multistation SAS, where they will show aerospace parts made in the new, larger Arcam A2 system for Free Form Fabrication in fully dense metals, including titanium alloy Ti6Al4V. |
