TV-3 is due to arrive at the Presidential Helicopter Support Facility here on Mar. 17 and will then travel to Lockheed Martin Systems Integration in Owego, N.Y. for final assembly and mission systems integration. TV-3 will be the first vehicle tested that is outfitted with mission systems. |

The order value is worth approximately 140 million dollar. This new order, which adds to the previous one for twenty AW139s, will further expand CHC's AW139 fleet dedicated to offshore and emergency medical service missions. CHC, as the world's largest provider of helicopter services to the global offshore oil and gas industry, started incorporating the AW139 helicopter into its fleet in 2005 as part of its fleet renewal and expansion plans. |

The first monolithic machined panel for the first AgustaWestland Future Lynx was manufactured last week at Oldland CNC's facility in Bristol, United Kingdom. The manufacture of the first component, a lower fuselage bulkhead, was witnessed by representatives from the UK Ministry of Defence Integrated Project Team and AgustaWestland. Oldland CNC is manufacturing 83 of the 147 Future Lynx primary structure monolithic machined components and supplying them to GKN Aerospace for incorporation into the airframe prior to delivery to AgustaWestland. The monolithic machinings that are used in Future Lynx dramatically reduce parts count, assembly time and reduce in service maintenance. |

Since the first AgustaWestland helicopter, an A109 Power, was delivered to the Government of Rajasthan in 2005 AgustaWestland has seen sales of it modern range of commercial helicopters take-off in India. In 2006 a total of seven helicopters were delivered and at least four more will be delivered in 2007, including the first examples of the Grand and AW139. This continued success is establishing AgustaWestland as a leading supplier of civil helicopters to the growing Indian market and it is forecasting it will deliver at least another 12 helicopters to customers in India during 2008-2009. |
